Sensor calibration

Sensors have to be calibrated regularly to ensure accurate and precise results. We perform this task for you by calibrating accelerometers of all manufactures and – in cooperation with partners – also gyroscopes and tilt sensors.Our services include both factory calibration and calibration in accordance with DAkkS guidelines. On request we will be glad to remind you of the next scheduled calibration of your sensors.

Our calibration laboratory is accredited by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS) according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018, and offers the following services:

  • Low-frequency sinus calibration in the range from 0.4 Hz to 160 Hz
  • Medium-frequency sinus calibration from 5 Hz to 10 kHz
  • Pendulum calibration from 300 m/s² to 2000 m/s²
  • Factory calibration for rod potentiometers and draw-wire sensors

Would you like to use our calibration service?

Our calibration lab employees use a modern Spektra calibration system for all calibrations. The service includes not only a certificate that is traceable to the standards of organizations such as PTB, NIST, DPLA and NPL. It also comprises back-to-back calibration according to ISO 16063-21:2004-01 with recognized measurement standards and an accredited calibration certificate with the frequency response and documentation of measurement uncertainties.

For each calibration we issue a calibration certificate according to DIN ISO 17025:2018, which documents the traceability to national standards.
