KS963B.100-SAccelerometer
Product Information
- Sensor technology: Piezoelectric
- Number of sensitive directions: Uniaxial
- Output signal: Voltage
- Measurement range [g]: 60
Technology:
Piezoelectric accelerometers are based on PZT ceramic and feature IEPE (integrated electronics piezo electric) circuitry for converting of the charge to an analog output voltage signal.
The triaxial KS963B.100-S operates at a constant current from 2 to 20 mA and is equipped with and integrated TEDS (transducer electronic data sheet, DS2431).
Housing:
The seat pad accelerometer weighs 270 grams (without cable) while the sensor is built into a flexible rubber pad but is removable from the pad for calibration. The accelerometer features an integrated 2 m cable with plug Binder 711, 4-pin.
Applications:
Due to the special design, the seat pad accelerometer is ideally suited for measurement of human exposure to whole-body vibration to ISO 2631, ISO 8041, ISO 10326-1 and ISO 7096. Those evaluations are needed in driving and ride comfort applications in trains, cars, agriculture or industrial vehicles.
- Temperature: -20°C to +80°C
- Housing material: flexible rubber pad
