Sensor repair

Since many testing and measurement applications take place in harsh environments, damage can occur occasionally even in high-quality sensors. Our repair service provides fast and reliable help in such cases. We will repair your ASC sensors for you.

Our services for ASC sensors include:

  • replacement of defective cables,
  • replacement of damaged connectors,
  • retrofitting of connectors,
  • replacement of electronic components, if necessary.
Before each repair we conduct an error analysis, for a fee, and prepare an estimate of the costs. This always gives you full control. We use only high-quality connectors and cables for our repairs. They are fully compatible with the application and can also be installed in tight bends and around sharp edges.

Please contact us in advance, so we can issue an order number.The following should be included in the accompanying documents:

1. ASC order number
2. quantity of consigned sensors
3. model name
4. serial numbers and
5. name of your company’s contact person for repairs

This information is important, since it helps us to identify your sensors correctly.
