With measurement ranges from ±2 g to ±200 g, a wide frequency response and shock resistance of up to 6,000 g, this robust sensor is engineered for demanding test environments. Its stainless-steel IP67 housing provides additional protection against water, dust and dirt.
During test drives, the ASC 5525MF provides valuable data for subsequent operational load reproduction tests in the lab. Vehicle prototypes then often undergo hundreds of hours of accelerated testing on servo-hydraulic test rigs – helping engineers optimize vehicle dynamics, material strength, component design, damping measures and long-term durability.
