ASC P313P-A15
Triaxial, IEPE
Measurement range: ±16 to ±800 g
Frequency range (±10 %): 1.5 Hz to 12 kHz
Scale factor: 10 mV/g to 500 mV/g
Mining, quarrying and drilling equipment operates under relentless loads, shock, dust and extreme temperatures. Crushers, pumps, gearboxes, engines and conveyor systems must remain reliable even when conditions are anything but forgiving.
That’s where ASC’s industrial IEPE accelerometers come in. The uniaxial ASC P311K-A15 and ASC P311K-A25 combine shock resistance of up to 5,000 g, an operating temperature range from -55 °C to +150 °C, IP68 stainless-steel housing and a frequency response up to 16 kHz. The ASC P313P-A15 adds triaxial vibration measurement for applications requiring simultaneous monitoring in three degrees of freedom.
The outcome? Precise vibration data and condition monitoring that reveal mechanical problems early, before they lead to unplanned shutdowns – facilitating predictive maintenance and greater equipment availability.
As in mining and quarrying, reliability isn’t optional. Make vibration monitoring part of your maintenance strategy.
